  • 3. ActivateKey auto-fills once ready — click Activate

No coupon? No problem.

A valid coupon code approves your request instantly. Without one, your request is still queued — we review it and email your key within one business day. Either way, your machine fingerprint is captured automatically the moment you click Request, so there's nothing to copy or transcribe.

Licensing questions.

What's the actual difference between Standard and Pro?
Broker count, nothing else — term, updates, and grace period are identical. Standard runs one broker at a time across all your strategies; Pro runs as many as you've connected. If you only ever trade through one broker, Standard covers everything you'll use.
I'm on Standard and enabled a strategy on a second broker — why did it stop?
Standard allows one broker enabled at a time. If two strategies end up enabled on different brokers, the earlier one (by strategy name) keeps running and the other is blocked until you disable it, switch its broker, or upgrade to Pro.
Do I need a coupon code to request a license?
No. A coupon just approves your request instantly. Without one, the request is still submitted and reviewed by us — typically within one business day.
Can I run one license on two computers?
No — one license, one machine. Buy a second license for a second machine.
I reinstalled Windows. Do I need a new key?
Only if your network adapter changed. If the machine fingerprint on the License page still matches, your existing key works as-is.
What happens to my data if my license lapses?
Nothing is deleted. Strategies, trade history, and configuration all stay on disk exactly as they were. Renewing restores full dashboard access immediately — and any strategy the scheduler was already running kept running the whole time.
